Thai beef salad with mango, red pepper, lime and lettuce.

Directions

  1. Heat the grill pan. Brush the steak thinly with the oil and grill the steak 3-4 min. Per side, the inside may remain rosé.
  2. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes and then cut it into strips. Clean the lime and grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze the fruit.
  3. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length, remove the seeds with a sharp knife and cut into pieces.
  4. In a bowl, beat the juice, grater, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, half of the red pepper and the rest of the oil into a dressing.
  5. Spoon the dressing with the steak. Peel the mangoes, cut the flesh into thin slices and cut into cubes.
  6. Cut the coriander and fresh mint finely.
  7. Cover the mango with the lettuce, coriander, mint leaves and the steak. Sprinkle with the rest of the red pepper.
