Lukewarm sliced bean salad
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: eggs, string beans ((400 g), stalk of potatoes and tip removed), shallots (very finely chopped), olive oil, white wine vinegar, flat parsley ((20 g) and chopped leaf).

Boil the eggs hard in 7 minutes. Let them scare under cold running water, peel them and cut them into parts.

Cut the string beans into slanted pieces of about 4 cm and boil them in water with salt in 5 min. Until al dente. Drain.

Mix the beans with shallots, oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve with the wedges of egg. Delicious with vegetarian balls and mashed potatoes.
