Put the beans in the ball sieve and rinse them. Drain.

Put the beans with the egg, Brinta, thyme and cheese in the food processor and mash everything.

Add pepper to taste. Leave to firm in the fridge for 15 minutes. You can also prepare it a few hours earlier.

Divide the mixture into equal balls. It goes well with a small ice scoop or with a spoon.

Sprinkle the breadcrumbs in a deep plate. Press the balls a little flat and roll them through the breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on medium heat 8 minutes. Turn halfway.
