Heat the oil and fry the bacon in a few minutes on medium high.

Rinse all beans in a colander and drain well. Spoon them in a large bowl with the fried bacon with the shortening, lemon zest, juice and herbs.

Sprinkle with pepper and serve the yoghurt dressing separately.
