A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, mashed potatoes (pack 8 x 2 sachets), butter, sauerkraut (500 g), cumin seeds, crème fraîche (125 g), wild salmon fillet (a 250 g, frozen) and breadcrumbs.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packaging. Mix with 25 g butter and a lot of pepper.
  2. Let the sauerkraut drain. Heat over low heat and mix with the cumin and crème fraîche.
  3. Place the salmon in the greased oven dish and first divide the sauerkraut and then the mashed potatoes. Make a pattern with the teeth of a fork. Divide 25 g of butter into lumps and sprinkle with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake golden brown in approx. 20 min.
