Bean stew à la dijonnaise

A tasty French recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, onions (in rings), garlic (finely chopped), paprika mix ((3 pieces green and red and yellow), in pieces), vegetable stock tablet, dry white wine, Spanish giant beans (425 g), French baguette (pre-fried), ground cheese (175 g), red onion (in very thin rings), mustard (eg Dijon mustard) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Heat the oil in a deep pan and fry the onions for 3 minutes. Add the garlic and fruit for another 2 minutes. Add the peppers and cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  2. Add 500 ml of water, the bouillon tablet, the white wine and the giant beans and simmer for 30 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, cut the baguette in half lengthwise. First divide the cheese and then the red onion over the halves and bake for 8 minutes in the oven.
  4. Remove the stew from the heat and stir in the mustard and the crème fraîche. Serve with the cheese-onion bread.
