Beef bratwurst with mushrooms
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, mushrooms, red onions, fresh parsley (30 g), broad beans (fine (frozen, 300 g)), butter, beef sausages and mashed potatoes (with butter (450 g)).

Clean mushrooms and cut into slices.

Peel onions and cut into half rings.

Parsley finely chop.

Broad beans in plenty of boiling water in about 5 minutes.

Heat the butter in a skillet.
