Beef bratwurst with sauerkraut stewed in beer
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, solid potatoes, butter, onion (chopped), sauerkraut natural ((500 g), drained), beer (can or bottle), bay leaves, beef sausages and coarse mustard.

Peel potatoes, cut into pieces, wash and cook for about 20 minutes.

Fry 50 g butter in frying pan and fry gently for 3 min.

Add sauerkraut, beer, bay leaves and salt and pepper to taste.

Boil the sauerkraut on low heat for about 20 minutes.

Fry 50 g butter in frying pan and roast sausages over medium heat in 15 min.

Remove from pan and cut sausages into slices.

Drain potatoes and allow to evaporate.

Sow sauerkraut and potatoes over four plates, add sausages and create some coarse mustard next to it..
