Beef ragout
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, beef donuts, beef stock (a 380 ml), butter, flour and whipped cream (125 ml).

Put the donuts in a pan with the fond. Apply to the boil. Cook for 3 hours on low heat until the meat is easily released from the bone.

Turn off the heat and remove the meat from the pan. Allow to cool slightly. Remove the meat from the bone and cut it fine. Save the fond.

Melt the butter in a pan. Add the flour. Allow to cook until the flower starts to color (roux) while stirring over low heat. This takes about 5 minutes. Bake the flour well, that gives a full flavor.

Pour in parts the fondue at the roux and stir over a low heat to a thick sauce. Remove from the heat if the sauce shines nicely. Add the whipped cream and the meat. Season the ragout with pepper and salt.
