Beet carpaccio
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: cooked beetroot (dish of 4 pieces), melted butter, four seasons pepper and Grana Pardano (or Parmesan cheese (piece)).

Cut 2 beetroot into slices of 2 mm thick with sharp knife.

Arrange the beetroot on a flat serving dish and cover with 4 tbsp melted butter.

Cover the dish with microwave foil.

Heat beets in microwave for about 1 minute at full power (700 watts).

Remove foil and sprinkle beetroot generously with pepper and cheese grated in coarse curls..
