Beef steak with olive vegetable list
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, beef steaks, seedless black olives, beef spices with salt, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, (fennel) raw vegetables (a 150 g), pilaf rice (250 g) and (fresh) red pesto.

Spread the beef steaks with meat herbs.

Cut the olives into slices.

To clean and halve.

Heat half of oil in frying pan.

Beef steaks in 4-5 minutes brown.

Heat the rest of oil in other (frying) pan.

Rauwkost on high heat 1 minute stir-fry.

To fry and olives for 1 minute.
-
Add rice and heat according to instructions.
-
Create meat and vegetable list on plate.
-
Let the frying fat simmer for 2 tablespoons of water and pesto.

Pour gravy over rice and meat..
