Directions

  1. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Clean mushrooms and cut into quarters.
  3. Season the pepper and cut into thin strips.
  4. Parsley finely chop.
  5. Farfalle cook according to instructions.
  6. Heat in wok oil and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  7. Add onion and mushrooms and fry.
