A delicious Mediterranean recipe for roasted tilapia with paprika sauce.

Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut the pepper halves into cubes.

Sprinkle the fish with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Heat the stock and cook the pepper cubes for 10 minutes.

Puree the mixture, add salt and pepper and stir in the crème fraîche. Keep the sauce warm without letting it boil.

Heat a grill pan. Brush the fish with olive oil and grill the fish for 2 minutes per side. Invert the fish only once.

Divide the sauce over 4 warm plates. Put the fish on and sprinkle chives.
