Ewtenpilav with raisins and cashew nuts


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: garden broth tablet, spring onions, unsalted cashew nuts, butter, cinnamon stick, basmati rice, white raisins (bag of 250 g), garden peas (frozen, 450 g), dill (deep-frozen and box of 50 g).

Directions

  1. Bring 7 1/2 dl of water to the boil in pan.
  2. Top up the bouillon tablet.
  3. Clean the forest onions and cut into rings.
  4. Cashew nuts coarsely chop.
  5. Fry butter in a thick pan.
  6. Fry the spring onion and cinnamon stick gently for about 3 minutes.
  7. Stir in the rice until all the grains shine.
  8. Add broth and raisins, bring to the boil.
  9. Turn down the heat, put the lid on the pan and let it boil slowly for about 10 minutes.
  10. Halfway through the cooking time, mix garden peas with rice.
  11. Take the pan of fire and leave the pilav covered for about 5 minutes.
  12. Remove cinnamon stick, stir in dill.
  13. Disassemble Pilav over four plates, sprinkle with cashew nuts..
