In a bowl, mix together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and cinnamon powder.

Peel the garlic and press it over it. Cut parsley into pieces. Peel the beet and cut into cubes.

Pouring beetroot into yogurt mixture. Season the salad with salt.
