Grilled avocado with herb relish and puffed vine tomatoes

Halve the avocados with skin and remove the seeds. Brush the cutting edges with half of the lime juice mixed with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Cross the tomatoes and drizzle them with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix the ingredients for the herbal relish and keep separate.

Place the avocados with the cutting edge on the grid of the barbecue and put the tomatoes next to it. Roast the avocados until they have nice grill stripes and the tomatoes until they are softer.

Mix the rest of the olive oil with the rest of the lime juice through the lettuce. Place the avocados and tomatoes on the lettuce and spread the herb relish.
