Cut the camembert into slices and the basil coarsely.

Spread one side of the slices of bread with the butter.

Cover half the slices of bread on the unbaked side in succession with the blueberry jam, camembert and the basil.

Cover with the rest of the slices of bread with the buttered side facing upwards and press firmly.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and fry 2 toasted sandwiches on one side over low heat in 4 min. Until crispy.

Turn over and cook for another 4 minutes. Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
