Corn with orange mustard butter
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: corncobs, salted butter, orange, spicy mustard (eg Dijon mustard) and parsley (finely chopped).
Remove leaves and hair from corn cobs. Fry 5 minutes in boiling water or 3 minutes in a microwave. Let cool. Meanwhile, let the butter soften. Season the orange, clean and grind half of the skin over the butter. Stir in the mustard and parsley and season with butter and pepper.
Spread the corn with a soft butter mixture (serve the rest of the butter separately). Coarse each piece of corn cob into piece of aluminum foil, close ends and roast packets on barbecue (or between moderately glowing charcoal) for 5-10 minutes. Turning regularly.
