Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 175 ° C.
-
Peel the beets and scrape them into thin slices with the food processor or mandolin.
-
Place the slices in a single layer on kitchen paper, sprinkle with a little salt and let sit for 15 minutes, so that the moisture runs out.
-
Spread the beetroot in a single layer over baking sheets coated with parchment paper (1 baking sheet per beet) and bake with 2 plates simultaneously in approx. 12 minutes. Turn halfway.
-
Take out of the oven, lay on a scale. Then prepare the rest of the beetroot in the same way.
-
Serve the chips immediately. They remain crispy for 1 hour. Yummy! .
