Sprouts-raisin salad


A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sprouts (500 g), spring onions (3 pieces), raisins (bag 250 g) and salad dressing chives (bottle 270 ml).

Directions

  1. Remove the outer leaves from the sprouts. Boil the sprouts in 3 minutes until al dente. Drain the syringes, rinse under the cold tap and let drain.
  2. Cut the spring onion into oblique pieces of approx. 3 cm. Mix the sprouts in a bowl with the spring onions, the raisins and the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
