Sprouts-raisin salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: sprouts (500 g), spring onions (3 pieces), raisins (bag 250 g) and salad dressing chives (bottle 270 ml).

Remove the outer leaves from the sprouts. Boil the sprouts in 3 minutes until al dente. Drain the syringes, rinse under the cold tap and let drain.

Cut the spring onion into oblique pieces of approx. 3 cm. Mix the sprouts in a bowl with the spring onions, the raisins and the dressing. Season with salt and pepper.
