Directions

  1. Puree the beetroot with the carrot and ginger in a blender.
  2. Pour the apple juice and mix into a smooth drink.
  3. Add the oatmeal and let stand for about 2 minutes so that the oatmeal absorbs some moisture.
  4. Mix briefly and spread the smoothie over 2 glasses.
