Boil the potato slices in water with salt in about 5 minutes al dente. Drain and let them drain.

Mix the beet slices with the onion and gherkin and season with salt, pepper, lemon zest and a little of the lemon juice. Heat the rest of the lemon juice with the butter.

Sprinkle the fish fillets with salt and pepper and put them in the lemon butter. Let the fish simmer in about 10 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the potato slices around brown.

Sprinkle with salt and serve with the fish and beet salad.
