Put the beans, salsa and stir-fry in a frying pan and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan.

In the meantime, cut the tomatoes into pieces and the coriander roughly.

Cut the avocados half way through. Remove the kernel and peel and slice the flesh into slices.

Heat the gordita's according to the instructions on the package. Spread the bean stew, tomatoes and avocado over it and sprinkle with the coriander.
