Drumsticks with oriental noodles
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, wok oil, drumsticks, garlic (finely chopped), lemon (grated and pressed), light soy sauce, noodles, leeks (in thin rings), fresh celery ((a 50 g) and finely chopped).
Fry 3 tablespoons of oil in frying pan and fry chicken drumsticks for 5 minutes.
Rub garlic for 1 min.
Add lemon zest, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 3 tbsp soy sauce and 2 tbsp water.
Chicken covered in a gentle heat of about 20 minutes.
Turn regularly, add extra water if necessary.
Drain in colander.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in woks and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
Mix in celery and celery and heat for another 4 minutes.
Season with soy sauce.
