Turkey stroganoff with broccoli
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, potatoes, broccoli, yellow peppers, onion, butter or margarine, turkey medallions (a ca. 250 g) and stroganoff sauce (40 g).

Peel potatoes, wash and cook until about 20 minutes.

Clean broccoli and distribute in florets.

Peppers wash, clean and cut into strips.

Peel onion, halve and cut into rings.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Turkey brown in about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile cook broccoli in approx.
-
5 minutes.
-
Take turkey from the pan and keep it warm.
-
Fry in baking fat peppers and onions for about 4 minutes.

Meanwhile prepare sauce according to instructions.
-
Feed the turkey for another 3 minutes with vegetables.

Stir in sauce through turkey-vegetable mixture.

Serve with potatoes and broccoli..
