Greek salad with cucumber
A nice Greek recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: white cheese (a 200 g), jalapeños ((Mexican peppers jar 220 g) drained), ciabatta (bread in slanted slices), red pepper (seed strips removed), cucumber (peeled), romaatjes (( tomatoes 250 g) halved), dried oregano, Greek (olive oil (bottle 500 ml)) and lemon (squeezed).

Crumble the feta, finely chop the jalapeños and mix. Heat the grill pan and toast the bread in approx. 5 min. Until crispy. Turn halfway.

Cut the bell pepper into thin rings. Divide into 4 plates. Cut the cucumber diagonally into slices, put them on top and then the tomatoes. Sprinkle with the oregano and pepper and salt. Divide the oil and lemon juice over it.

Divide the feta-jalapeños mixture over the sandwiches and serve with the Greek salad.
