Black beans rice salad with avocado and white cheese


Salad of white rice, green pepper, avocado, lime, coriander, white cheese and black beans.

Directions

  1. Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the pepper into cubes of ½ cm. Cut the avocado half in half.
  3. Remove the kernel, scoop out the flesh with a spoon and cut into slices.
  4. Grate the green skin of 1 half of the lime (for 4 people) and extrude this half. Cut the other half into pieces.
  5. Mix (4 persons) a ½ tbsp lime juice and the rack with the (peanut) oil and sesame oil.
  6. Season with pepper and salt.
  7. Cut the coriander finely and crumble the cheese.
  8. Mix the dressing with the rice and then with the black beans (no drain!), Paprika, avocado, coriander and cheese.
  9. Serve with the lime parts.
