Blackbird and tessa's mango-date salad

Cut the onions into rings and mangos into cubes.

Mix the young lettuce-rucolamelange with the grilled peppers, red onion, carrot julienne and chickpea sprouts in a bowl.

Cut the dates small and remove the seeds.

Add 3/4 of the sliced dates, the honey-mustard dressing and mango pieces to the salad.

Mix the whole and finish it with the rest of the dates.
