Blank the verano-sorbet
A tasty Italian recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: green tea, liquid honey, dry white wine, sparkling spring water and lemon (scrubbed).

Put the teabag in a bowl with 150 ml of boiling water and let it infuse for 3 minutes. Remove the bag. Stir the honey through the tea until this tis dissolved. Add the wine and the spring water.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon above it. Squeeze the fruit, add juice to taste and stir. Put the mixture in the freezer, put in the freezer and stir well several times an hour. Remove from the freezer after 2 hours and serve. Nice with, for example, orange and grapefruit wedges.
