Summer fruit salad with Greek yogurt and nuts
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts (à 65 g), strawberries, red currants, nectarines, blueberries, lemon juice, Greek yogurt (à 150 g) and liquid honey.

Hazelnuts coarsely chop. Sprinkle hazelnuts in a light frying pan, stirring until lightly browned. Let cool on plate. Strawberries wash, clean and halve. Wash red currants and unzip them with a fork. Nectarines wash, halve, remove kernel and cut flesh into cubes. Wash blue berries. In bowl, mix all fruits and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Spread fruit salad over four dishes and add Greek yogurt. Distribute chopped nuts and pour liquid honey to taste.
