Directions

  1. Boil the blue berries with 75 ml of water for 3 minutes. Let it cool down and then puree it.
  2. Rub the puree with the convex side of a spoon through a sieve.
  3. Heat 75 ml of water with the sugar while stirring without boiling until the sugar is dissolved (sugar syrup).
  4. Cool slightly and mix the syrup with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice through the fruit puree.
  5. Pour the mixture into the molds and freeze for 3-4 hours.
