Blueberry pancakes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: butter, buttermilk, sugar, egg, self-raising flour (sifted) and blueberries (150 g).

Melt 25 g butter in a saucepan.

Whisk together 200 ml buttermilk, the melted butter, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 egg and a pinch of salt in a bowl.

Beat 150 g sieved self-rising flour.

Add 1 cup of blueberry (150 g).

Heat 25 g butter in a frying pan and put in 4 large tablespoons so that you have 4 pancakes.

Fry in 4 minutes until golden brown and done.

Turn them halfway.

Do the same with the rest of the batter.

Delicious with a few tablespoons of honey..
