Bluefin cheese with plum puree
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: prunes in syrup (370 ml), red port, muesli nut bread, butter and cambozola (70 (blue cheese)).

Drain the plums and remove the seeds.

Puree the prunes with the port.

Spread the bread on both sides thinly with butter and fry on both sides in a dry frying pan until crispy.
