Boiled egg with sesame dip
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian brunch contains the following ingredients: hazelnuts (box 95 g), sesame seed (box 100 g), ground coriander (ketoembar), cumin (djinten), eggs and extra virgin olive oil.

Roast the hazelnuts and the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan for about 4 minutes.

Allow to cool and grind to taste in a food processor with coriander, cumin and pepper and salt.

Boil 4 eggs in approx.

8 minutes.

Peel and halve them.

Serve with the olive oil and the dip.
