Directions

  1. Remove the slices of pepper from the pot and let them drain.
  2. Cut the cress from the container.
  3. Cut the ciabatta bread lengthwise.
  4. Spread the bottom half with Quattro Forkaass salad.
  5. Place a slice of paprika on top.
  6. Sprinkle the pepper with cress.
  7. Put the top half of the bread on top.
  8. Wrap the rolls in cling film or aluminum foil.
