Preheat the oven to 220ºC and put a baking dish in it.

Beat the eggs with the vanilla sugar lightly and light yellow. Mix the flour, milk and ginger powder carefully.

Melt the butter in the hot baking dish and pour in the batter. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until golden brown on the edges and blown up in the middle.

Serve the 'dutch baby' with the lecurd, fresh mint and orange wedges. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if necessary.
