Sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper and shake it with the flour so that all the pieces are covered.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the meat in portions and brown.

Put all the meat together in the pan and add cloves, bay leaves, beer and honey. Let it boil and then turn the heat source down.

Leave the meat with lid on the pan in about 2.5 hours.

Add the plums for the last half an hour and let the water reduce slightly without a lid.

Tasty with boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes and all kinds of vegetables.
