Directions

  1. Slightly skim the cutlets. Brush them on one side with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of mustard, cheese and parsley.
  2. Place the sausages on the schnitzels and roll up. Cut each meat roll in three and baste the rolls on the skewers.
  3. Mix the olive oil with balsamic vinegar, salt, freshly ground pepper and the rest of the mustard.
  4. Heat the oven grill or grill pan. Brush the meat with the olive oil mixture and cook for 10-12 minutes. Turn the skewers occasionally and brush them with olive oil.
  5. Tasty with baked potatoes and roasted vegetables.
