Colorful vegetable pasta with sweet potato
Zucchini spaghetti with carrot, sweet potato, salty bacon and roasted pumpkin seeds.

Wash the peppers, halve them and remove the stalk and seeds with a sharp knife. Cut the flesh into pieces of 1 cm.

Peel the potatoes and winter carrots and cut into cubes of ½ cm.

Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the bacon on medium heat in 5 min. Crispy. Add the pepper, potato and carrot and stir-fry for another 12 minutes.

Add the last 2 min. Of zucchini spaghetti and cooking cream. Season with salt.

Spread over the plates and sprinkle with the cheese and pumpkin seeds.
