Bread and butter pudding with banana
A nice English recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas (in slices), lemon juice, ginger powder (djahé), sugar, eggs, milk, white bread (old) and butter (in flakes).

Mix the slices of banana with lemon juice, ginger powder and 2 tbsp sugar.

Beat the eggs, milk and the rest of the sugar together in a measuring cup.

Place 4 slices of bread in the greased oven dish. Pour about half of the milk mixture. Divide the slices of banana. Put the last 4 slices of bread on the banana and pour over the rest of the milk mixture. Place the flakes of butter on the top.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the dish on the grid in the middle of the oven and fry the pudding for about 30 minutes. Serve the pudding lukewarm. Delicious with lightly cream or a ball of cinnamon ice cream.
