Ingredients
Directions
-
Knead the dough until it becomes elastic and roll it out very thinly. Cut out circles of approx. 7 cm Ø.
-
Sprinkle the groundings with a little flour and cover with cling film. For the stuffing, mix the forest fruits with the icing sugar and the rest of the flour. Let rest for 5 minutes.
-
Fill the dough pieces with 1 tablespoon filling and fold them well closed. Make sure there is no air in the dumplings.
-
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the dumplings with a lid on the pan so that they bake and steam simultaneously.
-
Serve the mandu with the fried side up and sprinkle with the mint. Put a scoop of ice cream in it.
