Summery orange-strawberry jamisu
Italian dessert with strawberries and dark chocolate.

Clean the oranges, grate the orange skin of the fruits and press. Divide the long fingers over the bottom of the dish.

Pour half of the orange juice over it.

Cut the strawberries into slices and put the sugar in a bowl. Let stand for 5 minutes.

In the meantime, whisk the whipped cream with the sugar. Stir in the mascarpone with a fork and spatula through the whipped cream.

Divide half of the strawberries over the long fingers.

Clean the lemon, grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Scoop the orange and lemon zest through the cream mixture.

Stir in 1 tbsp lemon juice and the rest of the orange juice through it.

Spoon the mixture onto the strawberries in the dish. Divide the rest of the strawberries.

Leave the dish covered for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. Arrange the chocolate just before serving.
