Directions

  1. Halve the slices of raisin bread and cover them with the butter. Place the slices of bread in the ovenproof dish.
  2. Beat the eggs well with the coconut milk, sugar and spices. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread and let stand for about 15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180ºC. Sprinkle the pudding with the coconut and bake in the middle of the oven in 30-40 minutes until golden brown and done.
  4. Allow the pudding to cool slightly and serve with whipped cream.
