Bread and fruit pudding
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Spread the bread with the butter. Place the slices in the ovenproof dish.
Divide the red fruit (cherries, strawberries, prunes, raspberries, berries) and in between.
Beat the eggs with the cream, vanilla sugar and cinnamon and pour it evenly over the bread.
Sprinkle with sugar and fry the pudding in about 20 minutes until tender and brown. Let it cool down and serve warm with a scoop of ice cream.
