Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Mix the baguette with the milk, sugar, eggs and butter into a smooth mixture. Scrape the marrow from the vanilla pod and add.
  3. Stir through and leave for 10 minutes. Then scoop the forest fruits through.
  4. Spread the mixture over the mugs and bake in the oven in about 50 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle before serving with icing sugar.
