Directions

  1. Roast the bread and make a circle with a large glass. Spread the toast with butter.
  2. Heat a knob of butter in a large frying pan with a non-stick coating and fry 4 eggs. If necessary, use a small baking ring for perfect rounds.
  3. Siege the toast with some blanched green asparagus and a small slice of smoked salmon or trout.
  4. Put a mirror on it and garnish with some dill.
