Peel the potatoes and cut into equal pieces. Boil in water with salt in 20 min. Until done. Drain and add the butter and vadouvan.

Puree with a hand blender into a smooth puree.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper, cut the pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a sharp knife.

Cut the flesh into small pieces. Mix by the sweet potato mash. If necessary, season with salt.

Divide the haddock into 4 equal pieces and sprinkle with salt and pepper. First take them through the beer batter and then through the panko.

Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the fish in 8 min. Golden brown and done. Turn halfway.

In the meantime, cook the snow peas for 2 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and drain. Serve the fish with the puree and the pea pods.
