Quick stir fry with chicken and homemade satay sauce


This stir fry is on the table. Delicious with cauliflower rice, chicken, wok vegetables and homemade satay sauce.

Directions

  1. For the satay sauce, cook the coconut milk, peanut butter, ginger syrup, sambal and ketjapmarinadein a saucepan and bring to a boil while stirring over a high heat.
  2. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Stir occasionally. If necessary, season with salt.
  3. In the meantime, heat the oil in the wok and fry the chicken breast cubes for 5 minutes. Scoop regularly.
  4. Meanwhile, clean the garlic and cut it fine. Add the garlic and wok vegetables to the chicken and stir fry for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the 'cauliflower rice' and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Season with pepper and salt.
  6. Spread the fast stir fry over deep plates and serve the satay sauce.
