Directions

  1. Pour pine nuts into a dry frying pan.
  2. Cut tomatoes into pieces and do in high bowl with pine nuts, capers and cheese.
  3. Mix with a hand blender, while adding oil in a thin stream to create a smooth substance.
  4. Pesto flavored with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
  5. Grind cheese schnitzel with tomato pesto, roll up and fix with cocktail stick (or tie with kitchen rope).
  6. Roll the turkey roll around with salt and pepper.
  7. Heat butter in frying pan.
  8. Turkey rolls in 8-10 min.
  9. Delicious with spinach sauce..
