Breading bread with garden herbs
Homemade Dutch breading bread with garlic, garden herbs and paprika powder.
Knead the bread mix, 300 ml of lukewarm water and the butter a smooth dough. Let the dough, covered, rise for 10 minutes in a warm place.
Mix the garlic with the shallot, herbs and paprika. Knead this seasoning mixture through the dough and leave it for another 15 minutes, covered, rise. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
Divide the dough into 12 balls. Grease a baking sheet. Put one ball in the middle of the baking sheet, the other there, against each other, around it and form a circle. Leave the dough on the baking sheet, covered, for another 10 minutes.
Bake the breading bread in the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes until it is golden brown and done.
